FruitSync
Privacy Policy
FruitSync does not collect any data about you. It has no ads, no analytics, no accounts, and no in-app purchases. It has no code that talks to the internet, and the app does not even request permission to use the internet. Everything you do in the game stays on your phone.
Who this is from
FruitSync is made by Ziaul Karim, an independent developer. If you have a question about this policy, email xiaulkarim@gmail.com.
What data we collect
None.
To be specific, FruitSync does not collect, request, or receive:
- Your name, email address, or any account details — the game has no sign-in.
- Your device ID or advertising ID.
- Your location.
- Your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
- Analytics, crash reports, or usage tracking.
- Anything you type — the game has no text input, no chat, and no comments.
The only Android permission the app asks for is VIBRATE, so the phone can buzz when
fruit merges. You can switch vibration off in the game's settings.
What is stored on your device, and why
FruitSync saves a few things to your phone's private app storage so the game works the way you expect. These files never leave your device. Nobody, including the developer, can see them.
- Saved games. Your five save slots, plus an automatic backup save that is written when you leave the game so Android closing the app in the background does not lose your run. A save holds the state of the board: the fruit, the queue, the score, and the phase you reached.
- Statistics. Your on-device high scores, records, cup collection, and lifetime totals, shown on the game's Statistics screen. This is your own history on your own phone. There is no online leaderboard and no server to send it to.
- Settings. Your sound and music volume, the vibrate toggle, and your chosen language.
Technically, these live as files under the app's persistentDataPath and in Android's
standard PlayerPrefs storage for the app. Android keeps this area private to
FruitSync.
Sharing with third parties
There is nothing to share, and there are no third parties. FruitSync contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no social or sharing features. No data is sold, rented, or transferred to anyone, because no data is gathered in the first place.
Children's privacy
FruitSync collects no personal information from anyone, and that includes children. It does not knowingly or unknowingly gather data from users under 13 (or under the equivalent age in your country), because it gathers no data at all. There is nothing for a parent to request access to or ask us to delete on our side, since nothing ever reaches us. Any game data lives only on the child's device and is removed when the app is uninstalled.
Your choices
- Reset your statistics. In the game: Settings → Statistics → Reset. This clears your scores, records, and cup collection on the device.
- Delete everything. Uninstall FruitSync. Android deletes the app's private storage with it, which removes your saves, statistics, and settings permanently. There is no cloud copy.
- Turn off vibration. Settings → Vibrate.
Security
Your game data is protected by Android itself: it sits in the app's private storage area, which other apps cannot read. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no transfer to intercept and no server that could be breached.
Changes to this policy
If FruitSync ever changes in a way that affects this policy — for example, if a future version adds ads or in-app purchases — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the effective date at the top will change. The current version of the game, version 1.0, collects nothing.
